About Coco and Friends

Coco and Kiki were rescued together having been kept as pets for a number of years. Coco was born in 2015, specifically for the pet trade. He was kept alone for the first year of his life before Kiki joined him. Coco is a lot quieter than Kiki, and not as confident, which might be due to the year he spent without another marmoset. Kiki is the leader of the pair and, in her opinion, the leader of all the monkeys at The Sanctuary. Her confidence grows by the day as she is always eager to explore new things. Coco and Kiki love spending time together playing and wrestling, as well as sleeping curled up together in the sunshine!

Jerry was born in 2013 and sadly kept alone as a pet for around 4 years. He had a small cage and no other monkeys around him. When he arrived at The Sanctuary he was very nervous and was very overwhelmed, but as each day goes by he is growing in confidence. He loves chatting to his neighbours, Coco and Kiki, and his favourite activity is sitting on his windowsill in the sunshine and watch the world go by.

Adopting Coco and Friends means that you are helping to provide the resources needed to give Coco and Friends the best life possible. Your adoption also enables Wild Futures to continue its vital work campaigning for an end to the primate pet trade in the UK and abroad.
